Main Tasks:

  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls (Metal Gate/Hand Gate and X-RAY machine).
  • Prevent the entry of any not-allowed material (knives, guns, flammable materials and Alcohol).
  • Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and visitors.
  • Protect the bank’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
  • Prevent losses and damage by informing violators of policy and procedures.
  • Control traffic by directing drivers.
  • Check and patrol the situation at the basement for any unusual events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field
  • Gender: Male
  • Good command of English language.

Main Tasks:

  • Daily routine checks for all aspects of safety at the building.

EgyBell is hiring for an international bank here in Egypt “Office Services Coordinator” (Call Center)

Main Tasks:

  • Promptly and methodically respond to customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues with initiative and good judgment.

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

  • Keep records of all conversations in Bank call center database in a comprehensible way.

  • Ensure that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Accurately and promptly complete required reports and records.

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

  • Input data into the bank computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
  • Manage the call routing strategies and transfer the customers’ call to the right person as quickly as possible.

  • Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain a complete record of all incoming and outgoing business calls.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.

  • Excellent command in spoken and written English (French is an added advantage).

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
