• 5 to 8 years of HR experience with at least two (2) years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes.
• Profound knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
• Profound knowledge of HR principles & practices.
• Proven client management literacy skills.
• Proven ability to effectively coach employees.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
