Responsibilities & Duties:
- Leading the sales teams to achieve their targets.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Contacting and finding new clients in need of consultancy service through calls, advertising, presentations and emails.
- Determining clients’ needs and preferences and their financial concerns to propose solutions that suit them best.
- Closing new business deals whenever needed.
- Experience in brokerage primary and resale
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue target.
- Proven experience in the same position as a Sales Manager.
- Proven experience in property management or real estate.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good Command of English
