Responsibilities & Duties:
- Visit customers/accounts to evaluate their needs and present/promote our products.
- Prepare quotations/contracts, negotiate the proposals with the customers, book the purchase orders on the system.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering customers questions and requests.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Generate new leads, establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales calls and visits.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly report/forecast and annual territory analyses.
- Bachelor of engineering.
- Microsoft office, CRM
- Fluent English speaker “French is a plus”
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Car and driving license.
