Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Performs a range of administrative duties such as organizing meetings and logistics, administering paperwork, managing calendars and researching travel, accommodation and conference space options. Manages own workload and performs most tasks with minimum supervision. Drafts basic reports relating to own duties and the requirements of the department and assists with basic editing/formatting of departmental technical reports.
  • Visit customers/accounts to evaluate their needs and present/promote our products.
    • Prepare quotations/contracts, negotiate the proposals with the customers, book the purchase orders on the system.
  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering customers questions and requests.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Generate new leads, establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales calls and visits.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly report/forecast and annual territory analyses.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of engineering, preferably graduates of AUC, BUE
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales engineer in multinational companies.
  • Microsoft office, CRM
  • Fluent English speaker “French is a plus”
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Car and driving license.
