Job Description:

  • Responsible for coordinating the CEO’s calendar, timings, meetings internally and externally
  • Handling and setting all the business and personal trips including Visa insurance and flight tickets.
  • Ensuring the full organization has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • Maintaining and updating the organization’s employee personnel files (physical and digital)
  • Handling all social and medical insurance communication
  • Owning the on-boarding of the new employees and coordinating the company’s travels.
  • Updating office policies and ensure compliance with these policies
